Winter Warrior

I spent many hours, days, and weeks over the winter months searching for the elusive wolf. I love trying to capture images of this species, because they are so shy. It was quite an adventure trying to get close enough to capture an image of them; my days were filled with tracking, sitting in my blind, learning how to howl, getting my truck stuck, and many other great moments watching these incredible animals. For me, it is a challenge which is worth the time for the experience.
