Lovin’ the Greens
Banff National Park, Alberta
In this image, I caught one of the cubs with a mouthful of greens. The cubs were feeding near the roadside with their mom; I think she felt safe near the security of people. It meant she didn’t have to worry as much about male bears. The park personnel had done a great job keeping her safe by monitoring the area on a regular basis.
