It is always a glorious experience to witness the aurora borealis (Northern Lights) dancing in Canada’s North.  Symbolic of Canada’s “true north and free”, these cosmic spectacles are a chorus of colours that never fail to impress . On this particular evening, the Northern Lights began shortly after dark and lasted until the early morning. This image was taken shortly after 1 a.m., when I knew that it would be unlikely to capture a more perfect moment.
