Dreaming of Spring

Nunavut

I have returned many times to Canada’s Central Arctic region to assist in research projects pertaining to the arctic fox; they are a personal favourite of mine. When not hunting for their next meal, arctic foxes can often be found curled into camouflaged balls on the snow. I’ve often wondered if they’re dreaming of spring while asleep.
