Deck of Clouds

Like a deck of cards that has been fanned out on a card table, the clouds on this winter day were fanned out against the blue sky. I searched frantically to find a prairie scene that would do the sky justice. I was happy when I found a field of golden prairie grasses that “spoke” Saskatchewan. Lying on the ground allowed me to capture just the right angle for this invigorating winter prairie scene.
