Canada’s Harmony
Oxtongue Lake, Ontario
The water levels in the Oxtongue Lake were down when I visited, allowing me to capture a scene with clean rocks and no vegetation that would normally be under water. It was a windy day, so the leaves were blowing off the trees onto the rocks, and a long exposure allowed me to capture the movement of the water. Recent surveys have shown that Canada may have as many as 2 million lakes, and Oxtongue Lake is a beautiful example of one.
