A Symphony of Grace

Prince Albert National Park, Saskatchewan

It was an incredible night of aurora borealis during the early part of November.  The lights began dancing by 10pm and didn’t stop, their brilliance was swallowed by the rising of the sun the next morning.  I sat on the edge of a northern lake enjoying the dance and the symphony of light.  In my thoughts the reality of life was present, but in the sky, I was taken away by the beauty and the pure energy of the light in the sky.  The sky was almost a 360 degree show of the aurora, it was almost difficult to choose where to point my lens as in every direction a different story was being told.  A visual musical was being played in that dark night sky that night and there was no doubt in my mind that the meaning behind the music was graceful, elegant, and caring!  As the sun began to rise my body began to realize just how long a day it had been.  It was a very cold and lonely sunrise that November morning and one that I will never forget.
