Saskatoon Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator, based out of our Saskatoon Head Office, you possess a dedication to conservation and appreciation of nature and wildlife.  You pride yourself on providing the highest level of service to our customers and friends.  You are a natural communicator, organized and fiscally savvy, as well as a supportive leader, which is demonstrated by your interaction with our Production, Sales, and Operations teams. You excel at creating a positive and productive work environment while contributing to meet annual revenue goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Liaison with gallery staff regarding POS system updates, orders and inventory management.
  • Organize communications to clients relating to orders and product inquiries.
  • Organize, update and monitor sales orders for the production team.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing travel.
  • Monitoring the progress and completion of projects, tracking client deadlines and billings.
  • Assist in QuickBooks accounting data entry.
  • Assist in updating and improving our processes and systems.
  • Ensure a high a level of customer satisfaction through excellent interactions.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Assess customers’ needs and identify emerging trends.
  • Expand the existing customer base and opportunities.
  • Maintain operational resources including production chain efficiencies.
  • Liaison with our clients and communities.
  • Participate in monthly manager meetings, and liaison between the CEO and management team.

What You Require To Succeed:

  • A minimum of 3 years of office management experience or similar background.
  • A successful track record in hiring, training, sales, management, inventory control, and budgeting (preferably in a retail sales environment).
  • Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, with a high regard for confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Digital Marketing or e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to Mother Nature.
