What a great morning in the Ngorongoro Crater! These two beasts took a run at each other to determine who would be dominant. They ran with their heads up, and at the last moment, lowered their heads for a bone-crunching crash. The sound of the collision echoed in the crater! The smaller bull was pushed sideways, and immediately ran off to avoid a horn in the flank.  When African buffalo bulls collide head-on, the impact is equivalent to a car hitting a wall at 50 km/h. Unsurprisingly, nearly all fights end after the first collision.
