This is the same mother bear and one of her cubs that are the subjects of "King of the Castle" and "Bearmuffs". The cubs were rambunctious for about an hour, then everybody settled down for a nap. This little one snuggled beside mom highlights their bond. Mother bear is taking a necessary rest and enjoying the warmth of the sun. Their fur was glistening in the bright sunshine.
