Proud to be a Jay

Prince Albert National Park, Saskatchewan

This beautifully coloured blue jay was perched on the branch of a spruce tree on a warm fall day in Saskatchewan.  These regal birds are from the family corvidae, are known for their intelligence, and they always look dignified and proud to be a jay.
