Bluebell Bear
Bluebell Bear
Prince Albert National Park, Saskatchewan
As I captured this image, mother bear and her three cubs, 2-3 months old, were feasting on lush vegetation. Despite their age, the cubs were still tiny, weighing only around six pounds. After an energetic play fight, they settled down to munch on greens, their delicate frames attesting to their tender age. This little cub was particularly interested in greens with added colour – the dandelions and bluebells!
